AYSO Board Meeting

1.      Financial Report: 

No change in the financial report, balance remains at $25,151.26.  See attached

      Treasurer’s Report.

2.   Board Member Recruiting:

      Positions available on the board include:  Registrar, Safety, Fields, and Head Team  

      Parent.  We will post the openings at registration, while continuing to actively recruit.

3.      Registration:

Will be held on May 28, 29, and 30^th at Joseph G Wilson from 5:30 –7:30 pm and on Saturday, July 13^th, from 11 to 3 pm at Safeway.  The registration fee will be $40 for the first child, $35 for the 2^nd and 3^rd sibling, and $30 for the 4^th sibling.  The fee for late registration will be $70 per child, no sibling discount.

4.      Becky Schertenleib presented brochures for the MLS camp.  It will be held from

      August 5-9^th this year.  The cost will be $93 for ages 7-12 and $53 for ages 5-6.

5.   The next meeting will be June 2^nd at 7 pm at MCMC in the Conference Room.
