AYSO BOARD MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 22, 2003

The meeting was called to order by AYSO Commissioner Bill Boyden at 7:05pm.

REGISTRATION REPORT: Marisa reported that everything is going well. She
will disperse information that is to be mailed out.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Del is working on getting the books in order and will
have figures by next meeting.

FINAL REGISTRATION: Final registration will be held on July 12th at Safeway
from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Misti and Caroline volunteered to be there. Other
volunteers are needed so if you are available come to Safeway on that date.

AYSO AREA MEETING: Bill was contacted by the Area Director and informed
that there will be an AYSO Area Meeting held on August 1, 2, & 3 to be
hosted by the Bingen/White Salmon region. Friday will be Safe Haven
training, Saturday will be AYSO training for head coaches and referees and
Sunday will be Administration training (registrars, secretaries, treasurer's
etc). Six people will attend for sure and possibly ten.

SCHOLARSHIPS - Walter suggested we check into a new system for scholarship
qualifications. Bill will look into a few different forms that may be
available to use for the participant to fill out.

NEXT MEETING will be on Sunday, July 20th at 7:00pm at MCMC Board Room.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:40pm.
